EXCEPTIONS (DAYS OFF FOR FULL POINTS):

Day off each from
food plan (no holds barred lol)

Meal off each week
from food plan (cannot last more than 1.5 hours), 1 portion of alcohol can be
consumed without penalty, in addition to day off

100 calories per day
of anything you want except alcohol or pop

As many green veggies
during meals as you want

Cucumbers or celery
whenever you want

Days off from
exercise, sleep, habits each week
PENALTIES:
-
Stepping on a scale
outside of once a day results in a 1 pt penalty for each offense

Snacking between
meals on anything but water, cucumber, celery or your “100 Free Calories” results
in a 10 pt penalty for each offense

Collusion, meaning
“Hey Steve, we can each have a Big Mac because we’d lose the same amount of
points so it cancels out,” results in a 20 pt penalty for each offense.

Consuming alcohol
outside of sanctioned times (1 portion for meal off, a responsible amount on
the day off) results in a 25 pt penalty for each offense
-
Changing either of
the habits you are working on after the game starts results in a 50 pt penalty
for each offense
-
Not losing your 1% of
your body weight results in a loss of alcohol privileges for the rest of the
game and not earning 20% bonus points for the week

Not reporting your
previous week's score to the score keeper by Monday night at 10pm results in no
bonus points earned
PRIZES:

Prizes are decided on
between opposing teams

Choose a prize that
will motivate you to win such as:

Losing team will wash
the cars of the winning team

Losing team has to
complete base duties for winning team
-
Losing team pays for
dinner
-
Etc.

Also, a voluntary
cash prize pot is available for anyone who wants to “up the ante”…contribute as
much as you want (minimum $10) and whoever collects the most points after FOUR
WEEKS wins the pot (ties go to the player with the most perfect weeks).
